Planning Commission
The Northampton Borough Planning Commission meets the second Wednesday of each month at 7:00 PM in the Council Chambers at Borough Hall.
The Commission is appointed by Borough Council and all serve 4 year terms. The members of the Commission and their term end dates are as follows:
Nicholas Politi, Jr. (Chair) - 12/31/24
Kenneth Hall (Vice Chair) - 12/31/24
Christopher Crush - 12/31/26
Jeffrey Odenwelder (Secretary) - 12/31/26
Donald Szerencits - 12/31/24
The Planning Commission is an advisory group that is tasked with reviewing various types of development related applications and providing recommendations to both the Borough Council and Zoning Hearing Board. These applications involve topics such as zoning amendments for current land use, future land uses, the subdivision of properties, and more.
