River Central Comprehensive Plan
Currently in March of 2021, the Borough of Northampton is in the early stage of preparing a new comprehensive plan in conjunction with our four neighboring municipalities: Catasauqua and North Catasauqua Boroughs and East Allen and Hanover Townships. The plan will be a multi-municipality plan for the aforementioned municipalities. The Lehigh Valley Planning Commission is acting as the consultant to the five municipalities to create this plan.
